Your monitor can't display more than 60FPS anyway, unless you have one of those 120Hz monitors. You should only use VSync as a last resort, it wastes your FPS and can cause other problems.
If you're already below 60FPS you shouldn't be experiencing a lot of tearing. connos View Public Profile Find all posts by connos (#25) Darren Hodgson Ancient Guru Videocard: EVGA GTX 1080 FTW Processor: Intel Core i7-4770K Mainboard: ASUS Z87 Deluxe v2103 This game is sweet and just what I've been looking for. No, create an account now. http://basetelecom.net/call-of/call-of-warhammer-not-working.html Fermi deals with the lighting issues fine and doesn't choke at all on it. And if you have NVIDIA, try setting VSync to adaptive instead of just on if your card supports it. i don't want to spoil it.

I hope they fix this in Stalker 2.
I have to force it from the control panel. Maybe it's another 27x.xx NVIDIA driver issue? Compatibility bit from Clear Sky not working!! Difference with previous DX11 with ingame x4 is visible.

Is there still a 60Hz frequency option like in Clear Sky? don't know why? It'll only drop more frames if triple buffering isn't enabled as well.
Does the v-sync option only work for AMD cards since I noticed the AMD logo during the loading screens?
