Make sure you mention your printer model number and a description of your problem. I get 50 to 100 emails a day and a lot of it is junk mail that I have to sort through and delete. Just add about a quarter inch of alcohol in a cup or something and let it sit. Is your printer not used for some time?

I still get the Printhead Error message. this content Many times that is not enough and we need to go into more details.
I tried most of the solutions I could find; hot water soaking, alcohol soaking etc.. Is there ANYTHING else I can try. After several hours, before I try to soak the printhead in water (as suggested) I thought of trying the printhead again.
This problem has been continuing for several days and driving me insane.
No, there was no paper jam. Your printer should be back in business in 2 to 4 hours. I wiped the bottom clean after it began to flow. I hate to just throw it away.
I followed your advice and it worked. Could the problem be located somewhere else ?Help is greatly appreciated ! I am sending you this short email and when you REPLY WITH YOUR EMAIL with your printer type and problem description I will be able to send you the instructions to have a peek at these guys It all comes out green/yellow.
If it regresses, I will be in touchThanks kindly by unknown on Jan 17, 2013 at 4:47am Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 Thanks so much for replying. i dont know ? There is no connection between the actual ink levels (in cartridges) and the ink level monitor (ink gauge) level(s) and if any cartridge reads "empty"...you're not printing anything. The problem started immediately after I replaced an empty cyan cartridge with a new one.
Unfortunately I don't know when this printer was purchased. This happens even before connecting it to the pc.. i've got an MP360 and have tried everything to get the black ink to print. All pictures have a pinkish coloring. So, I took out the (less than a month old) cartridge and put in a new Canon black ink tank, re-installed the cartridge and am unable to print anything in black.
Everything is fine, it just does not print. by unknown on Feb 24, 2004 at 9:40pm Add comment Please sign in to comment 0 Thanks to everyone who replied. Biggest problem is trying to get the thing apart to find the fault. p.s.
