Canon Camera Flash Not Working


Flash is really important to doing my work (and I try to use it well, which means bounce flash and off camera flash and almost never direct. If it's down, the camera will not use it.Also, for the flash to fire, it needs to be ready. This problem is one that has been around long enough that Canon should have figured it out by now. If your camera's switch is intact, you should notice the black flash plate has two prongs, one on each side.
