Canon Eos 400d Flash Not Working


I am thinking about using the WD 40 later today, once I've plucked up courage....... I applied a small amount of WD40 using a cotton bud and it fixed the problem. I then did a clean around the whole area with a brush and then turned the camera off and on again. Just used your tip for manually opening the flash using fingernail and firing the shutter in low light. http://basetelecom.net/flash-not/canon-400d-flash-not-working.html

Canon Error 05 Flash Fix

Seemed a bit of a risk putting WD40 near a camera but I was very careful and sparing with my use of WD40. I've looked in settings, but no matter what I do the flash is always still on.
